At WT Firearms Training, we value your time and commitment to improving your skills. To ensure efficient scheduling and availability for all clients, we have a 72-hour cancellation policy for appointments.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled appointment: Eligible for a full refund or a one-time rescheduling at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment: Non-refundable. However, a one-time rescheduling may be permitted with a 20% rebooking fee, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the scheduled appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling is considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
